    I wonder what he is actually trying to do? I think he might not be trying to hurt them but, to get their attention. I also wonder is that the actual reason Phil having Pond get fired?

    Yeah I agree with you. Maybe he is trying to hurt threaten them some way, so Phil will tell the company that Pond did nothing wrong.

    I really don't know why he is kind of stalking Peter, but maybe he wants to harm him.

    Well he keeps following Peter so basicly he is stalking him because he is everywhere Peter is.
