Chapter Sixteen

Wow!  That was certainly a lot for Meagan to hear and absorb.  Instead of one specific question on this chapter, please share whatever it made you feel and think as you read and learned about Megan's family history.  Be sure to elaborate and be sure to also discuss how you think Megan should react to all of this.

    So Megans moms real name is Caroline not Karren. I think Megan shouldnt get mad at how much her mom has been hiding from her i think she should talk to her mom and try to understand what happend or wats going on so she can understan if she dosent already.

    Well, if I were Megan, I would be mad at her Mom because she had been hiding all of this from her and Sandy. I would also be very sad if I heard that my Father was a theif, and not the wonderful person they thought he was. I kind of already figured out that her mom was actully Caroline because when Megan saw the birth certificate, it said "Born to Daniel and Caroline Kauffman", and Grandpa always called her "Karo."

    If it was me who was Megan I would be suprised because I actully wasn`t who my mom said I and my father was a theif.

    I think Megan would be really mad at her mom cause she wanted to know what was happening. I thought that this chapter made me very interested in this book. Also from finding out that her mom acctully had a different name. I would feel very different after that if i were her.
